The NPA catalog contains over 30,000 powersport models. It is updated weekly. The auction completes over 75,000 transactions per year.

Auctions are held once a month in nine US states simultaneously. Buyers can choose the most convenient location for arranging delivery of powersport equipment from the nearest port, saving on transportation.

Sellers at the auction include insurance companies, financial institutions, dealers, and other legal entities. Only specially registered legal entities can buy at NPA. This is a closed auction.

Motorcycle Rating System at NPA

A 100-point system is used to evaluate all units, assemblies, systems, and parts of powersport vehicles. There are 38 points in total. Over 35 quality photos for each lot.

• 90–85 points — condition of an almost new motorcycle with minimal mileage. May have extremely minor defects
• 84–78 points — good condition, may have minor issues: tire wear, scratches
• 76–72 points — average condition. May have minor corrosion, tire wear
• 71–65 points — unsatisfactory condition. Many malfunctions or engine problems
• 63–58 points — extremely unsatisfactory condition. Large number of malfunctions
• 56–47 points — damaged motorcycle with multiple damages
• 45–30 points — motorcycle after serious accident
