Geely’s 1,113 hp off-roader Battleship 700 to launch October 10
Geely Galaxy has announced that its Battleship 700 (named Zhanjian 700 in China) will officially hit the China market on October 10. The vehicle has received 43,900 pre-sale orders within the first hour of opening. This car is based on the Geely Galaxy Cruiser concept car, it’s officially named Battleship instead of Cruiser.
Performance and powertrain
The Battleship 700 is built on the Thor EM-T all-wheel-drive AI electric hybrid system. It offers two engine options – a 1.5T (120kW / 161hp) and a 2.0T (160kW / 215hp) – paired with a powerful tri-motor AWD system. The top-tier configuration delivers a staggering combined output of 830kW (1,113hp), enabling a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 3.95 seconds.
Equipped with a 47.14kWh CATL lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, the SUV provides a CLTC pure electric range of 305 km (247 km WLTP) and a combined range exceeding 1,770 km (1,434 km WLTP). The vehicle also features active hydraulic suspension, CCD damping, and a “magic carpet” suspension system.

Design and dimensions
Adopting the “Oriental Lion” design language, the Battleship 700’s front fascia features the “Sky Eye” lighting system, a full-width daytime running light, and an illuminated brand logo. The vehicle is designed for serious off-roading, offering a 30° approach angle, a 31° departure angle, and a minimum ground clearance of 233 mm.

Interior and Technology
The cabin is equipped with a five-screen interactive system, 14-point massage seats for the driver and front passenger, and an 18.5L dual-opening refrigerator. For off-road intelligence, the vehicle includes an all-terrain digital chassis with 17 driving modes, including “Crab Walk” and “Waltz Turn,” which reduce the turning radius to 3.36 m. Safety and convenience are further enhanced by a roof-mounted LiDAR and the G-ASD G-Pilot (Qianli Haohan) intelligent driving system, supporting high-speed and urban NOA.
